Gold Level Registration:

You need to provide the following items:

1. Your "Dear Birthparent" letter. Be sure to check the What We Do for Gold Level Members section for acceptable formats and other guidelines.
2. A photograph to be used both as the main photo on your web page (and as the "thumbnail" Featured Family photo if you are adding that option).
3. Any additional photos you want included in your web page.
4. A list of up to 10 search terms to be used in the Find A Family™ search page.
5. A descriptive paragraph to be shown in the results page of the Find A Family search.
6. Phone numbers and E-mail addresses for you and/or your adoption professional. Be sure to indicate which of these are for publication on the Internet and which are to be private for use only by our staff in the event we need to contact you.
   Remember, you are primarily targeting young men and women who are comfortable using the Internet, such as college students. Therefore, an E-mail address is almost essential to your success using this service. If you do not have an E-mail address there are also numerous free services such as Hotmail and Yahoo mail that you should sign up with.
7. Payment via check, credit card or PayPal for $200 plus the cost of any optional features you have chosen. If using a credit card be sure to include the name on the card, card number, and expiration date.

You may send items 1 - 6 by if you prefer. DO NOT send credit card information by E-mail. It is not safe to do so. Either send this information by postal mail, or call us. You may, leave the information on our answering machine if someone is not available to take your information when you call.

Alternatively, you can use PayPal which enables you to pay with your credit card yet not share any of your financial information with us. Paypal is safely used by over 11 million people worldwide!

Bronze Level Registration:

2. A list of 7 search terms of your choosing to be used in the Find A Family™ search page.
3. A descriptive paragraph to be shown in the results page of the Find A Family search.
4. A phone number or E-mail address we can use to contact you with any questions or problems. This information will not be made public consistent with our privacy policies.
5. If you have selected the Featured Waiting Family photo-placement extra feature, you will need to send us a photograph to be used for this purpose. If you want your photo returned, include a self addressed, stamped envelope and we will be happy to mail it back to you.
6. Payment via check, credit card or PayPal for $100 plus the cost of any optional features you have chosen. If using a credit card be sure to include the name on the card, card number, and expiration date.
